Bought a mount, but can't find it in the mount gallery???

Bought a Mechanical Tyrannosaurus Soul but can't mount it because I can't figure how to mount it. It was not among the mount selections. Been back and refreshed many times but really couldn't find it. Also looked in the synth area but nothing but shards. I have the legit 'soul'
