Problem with recharge issue xsolla.

So I recharged 2k diamonds just like 10min ago and did not receive them. I checked my recharge history and nothing shows there. However, when i check my bank account online it shows that I just been recharged for 19.99 and deducted from my account. A mentor told me there was an issue with the recharging and should be fixed. However, he also told me to send a ticket just incase. It's not possible for me to send a ticket since I do not have the order number now and it's not under my history page. So how can i send a ticket about this? I want this fixed asap or I will have to contact my bank to fix this issue for me. A mod or someone please advise me on what I can do. Thank you.

I recharged with 5 k diamonds i have the number , but no order in my order list for 2 hours now

Pretty damn annoyed. I recharged and didn't get the recharge bonuses bc diamonds came in late. So I got my diamonds but no bonuses. R2 should compensate for that ****.
