well , first thing first is the crit gem, secondly is the patk gem. the rest are as you prefer to play but i will give you an easy hint to help you choose - hunter is the eudeamon version of the archer class meaning it specializes in dmg dealing (not bleed or poision effects those are wind ranger speciality, and no matk either) and has weaker defense and hp then an equall level sacred knight.
i reccomend having hp+pdef/mdef for the last 2 spots (opens up automaticlly as the equipmet gets upgraded) and switch them around: meaning there are 8 eq items so you can have different variations
