Where can we find immortal spirits

Upgrading heroes is not that easy but it gets hard when you need to wait for the immortal spirits.

Where do you get them ,

when is the next event where we can get them ?

they are some times offered in hot events when hoc is on for 5k dias for the 5 spirits

They appear only during HoC, and they are money based only ( recharge ).
