    Inscriptions and upgrades

    I have tried several times to get to the next level (II) and (III) I have the inscriptions needed for these upgrades but every time it's been unsuccessful!
    What's wrong, what am I doing wrong or what is required before I can do these upgrades? Any suggestions or assistance ?

    I was having some issues with it also. i finally had to just set an inscription that was even higher and gave a skill for it to work
