Currently you can't, maybe in a future update.
Btw when you sell your amulet, all inscriptions will be returned. Do not need to remove first before selling.

amulet inherit isn't a problem... basically you can de-level and get everything back again at 100% rate... so you lose NOTHING
And to upgrade quality? when your stars are full, you can get the option to upgrade quality to proceed furtherComment

Recycle is same as Inherit.
You take all the essences you put into that amulet and train it into the new one, together with the inscriptions.
As for breakthrough, the link Antifreeze put says it clearly.

Before i saw this post, i recycled an amulet and it returned me inscriptions of 1 level lower than the amulets that are carved on the recycled amulet.Originally posted by AE86 View PostComment
