Noob Question about ATK

Hello together..

Im kinda new to this game...and im still learning.
But there are some important things i would like to know..

I begin with one thing i tried to figure out since i began with this game.

PATK = Physical-Attack
MATK = Magial-Attack

But for what is:

ATK = Attack? (with what it does match? with MATK or PATK or is it something different?


I recognized it when i was checking out all Angels and saw that pretty much all Angels for higher lvl do not have PATK or MATK anymore, just ATK.

Would be glad if someone can tell me this.

ATK works for both types.
ATK - Attack
"M"ATK => Magical Attack
"P"ATK => Physical Attack
Same with some skills on level 70, some of them have ATK, which confused players, not knowing if it's PATK or MATK.
ATK works for the type of character you have.
You have a PATK character(hunter,knight), it adds/attacks using PATK.
If you have a Mage character, it adds/attacks using MATK.

ATK is EITHER Magic Atk or Physical Atk depending on the hero/character:
Every mage (Sorcerer, Mystic included) use Matk.
If their skill description says "Atk" it means Matk for the class.
As for every other class, they use PATK. Those classes are Warrior (Paladin, Berserker) and Archer (Ranger, Hunter).

It's almost always MATK.
Only angels that use PATK are:
Nocturna
Prospera
Glacia
Nyssa
