PayPal Troubles

Is anyone other than me having trouble with paypal transactions? Since the second day of tycoon I have been unable to recharge with paypal. I called paypal and they say everything on their end is working find and the trouble is on the game end.
This is getting very annoying. I guess R2 games does not want my money any more.
