Over 100 Rage

Just a quick question to see what the community knows about this topic.. I am aware that rage is capped at 150, however, my question is.. Does having over 100 Rage increase damage? I have done a search and found very mixed answers.. This leads me to believe it doesn't but I want to ask anyway. Thanks guys for any help or insight.

No it dose not increase your damage the more rage you have the fast you can trigger the first skill (which requires a 100 rage ) and nothing more .

Getting over 100 rage can be used as an insurance against rage stealing (Panda, totems and such) otherwise it doesn't affact skills at all.
