Whats the deal with the new amulets

someone make me understand please, why someone will put 2x20 inscriptions to get exactly the same stats/skill you can get with 1x19 inscription on a wand of grace. i know the new amulets can get to celestial quality and amulet stats are better, but still makes no sense for me. any opinions? just curiosity

Most likely there is an error in effect description, we are currently checking it with developers.

opinion is same as urs, these amulets can only benefit those very top end players who have infinite spiritsoul and tonnes of spare inscriptions to get the added benefit (however small it will be). But for us regular players these new amulets are a waste of time and can easily be ignored

more or less true, but not just amulets, every new toy that come out benefit stronger players that become even stronger and that weaker ones stay more and more behind, bad bussines policy but it is not my job to take care about it
