For the current precious pro, do I have to do two recharges in the same day to get the 2 times reward? Or can I do one recharge on the 17th and a second recharge on the 18th and claim the 2 times reward after the second recharge on the 18th?

It doesn't say 2 single recharges in the same day so it should be 2 recharges in the event period.
