Returning Character - getting diamonds back

I have been focusing on my main toon, and recently returned to advancing my ALT. I know the game "locked" away the diamonds but now that I am playing this toon again, how do I get those diamonds back?

You mean you want transfer those diamonds? Best bet is to put in a ticket but don't count on it

No, I do not want to transfer them, I want the same toon to get back the diamonds that R2 "archived" or "secured" or whatever the term is they used...

I agree, but they were not... 9 pages of mail... but not my diamonds :-( So I thought maybe there was something else

You need to check every mail and if they are not there then you need to contact support.
