Can anyone tell me which angel is better than Themis in capsule toys? And where to get lots of Seraph stones for Angel Evolve? Thanks in advance

Nubia, Elianna, Aurora are better than Themis and are in capsule toys shop at current moment.
As for seraph stones - abyss shop is best free method to get them. -
