s253 city of runes Ok i have been playing this game since 2013 started on s26 server yet in this event I only got the peerless warlord reward for 2 yrs support can you explain why ? after your mess up with mini client last year locking me out of the game for 2 weeks I was given a choice of which char to keep so I chose this one and my old char was deleted your mistake not mine I all so received no compensation for any loss in events or cash spent up to that point. and with this event I feel burned again by you I should of been able to collect the unparalleled reward ?
