I would like to suggest cross-server que for team formation for Team Arena for when you can't get enough players on your home server to join your team. Due to my unpredictable schedule I don't get to catch TA times that often but when I do I usually don't get all attempts done. I'm lucky if I get 5 done. This is especially so for the evening time of Team Arena.
I play another game that has cross-server team formation option for their pvp instances which really works well and allows players to get those instances done. In that game they have a couple forms of queing. Quick que which allows inviduals or small groups to join the cross-server que pool for team formation and when enough players from the different server join the team then the instance begins. Then there is group que, in which players from the home server form a team prior to queing up for the instance. This que system would need to be level tiered based and consider BR.
