what happens if you fire a hero while the hero is in drill and the hero is in your party?
will it:
1. disappear from character function -> should be still in drill and will be available for recruit after drill ends/refresh -> br will decrease when drill ends/refresh -> disappear from party when drill ends/refresh
2. disappear from character function, disappear from party n br decrease when disappear from character function -> should be still in drill and will be available for recruit after drill ends/refresh
