Character issue subcategory pertains to any issue that directly affects your own character, including mutes, missing character, malfunctioning skills, and so on.

Mute means that your character is being disabled from using the chat in game (which would be nice if it could work in forums too in some cases....)And out of the chaos, a voice spoke:
