they said that theres an interval in joining DW how did this happen then?

It takes alt alliances with right dw times set, but yea it is possible.Since 1 dw cycle ended on 5th , and 2nd cycle started on 6th my. So you can do dw 2 days in arow, since it is still 2 different dw cycle.Its the 1 dw per cycle.

Yes, DW takes period of 4 days, if you set your DW on last day of one period and on first day of next period, you will be doing two DW in two days.

Yes, but for that tycoon need to start on last day of DW period and you need to guess that tycoon will start on that day when you set your DW.
Lets say that last day of your DW period was 5/5,
Next option for your DW will be 5/6,5/7,5/8,5/9.
And you can put one more DW on 5/10.
Tycoon last from 5/5 to 5/10, so with such conditions you can have 3 DW during tycoon.
