Everything in other words. Just need to pay attention that in case you inherit mythic(red) to celestial(golden) youll end up few enchancment lvl lower, due to celestial cost more to lvl up.

I think there's a sort of ... confusion with inherit, enhancement and enchant. The item you posted is used in Forge >> Enchant, to enchant weapons +6 onwards (it's Adv. Weapon Enchant Stone). What Antifreeze, probably, wanted to make you aware of was the little lowering of the enhancement level of the gear when you inherit from gears of different quality. As for what you inherit, see the pic attached.

Also note that, any half filled bubbles for enchant(using enchant stones) will be lost...
