Can you post a ss of it Wen? If it looks like in the attached ss, then it is not as "you have it", it is there, among the flairs, but not available. When you actually have the flair and it is unlocked, it should look like in the second ss.

It doesnt seem like you have an item required for flair, to unlock it you need both req lvl and req items sayind 'Reached'. So most likely it is one of two things - flair list cant be empty so it shows at least one flair even if its unavailiable or you had flair item but it was timed and is expired now, so it cant be activated.

is there a reward for rank 11 in overall rankings in starry dream? because when i click collect, the screen didn't show what i had collected.

It always had rewards only for 10 total rankings, so yes, there is no rewards for 10+ place in overall ranking.

About that inheriting question, do you mean Sturdiness and Awaken levels? Yes, for that, too. Sturdiness and Awaken levels are transferred during inherit process from one fairy to another, from the source fairy to the target fairy. See and check the series of ss below:
