The devs promised us that the first banners would be coming with this Wheel of Luck. And yes, they delivered on that, but the main problem here is; its geared to only cater towards the cashers.
Why do I make this bold statement? Well, they reward only those that placed 1-3 in the ranking in Wheel of Luck, and to get ranked, you need atleast 600 points. To get that many points, you need atleast 600 lotto vouchers, right? Well, unless you spend dias, wich means you will need to recharge for face it, its NOT cheap to buy more spins in wheel of luck.
To get those 600 (at the minimum) you need to save every lotto voucher you get from event and login, wich would take you about 10-12 days. You might think, thats not too bad. But then you forget, the wheel of luck only runs for 3 days, so that means you need to save every single voucher for 3-4 wheel of lucks (atleast)
What the devs SHOULD have done was to add blue banner chests (rare) to the wheel of luck and the purple banner chest (epic) to the turbo wheel, while at the same time keep the rewards for place 1-3 as it is, and also add the option to buy some chests (be it rare or epic) in the super wheel exchange. By doing this, everyone would have a chance to get their hands on some banners as opposed to chasher only right now (or those that have been saving those lotto vouchers for a long time).
I was looking forward to the banners, and see what they added. Now? Not so much
