sry if this doesn't belong here, but what do i need to do that these values under 'Homestead Stat Bonus (per deployed unit)' are shown?

Moved your question into discussion as it really doesnt belong to bugs section. To start receiving bonuses from 'Homestead Stat Bonus(per deployed unit)' you need to unlock corresponding homestead blueprint, switch to that blueprint and start putting decorations which belong to that blueprint on their corresponding spots.

thaks, but the values written there are way above what it says in the guide @ the switch blueprint tab

The guide shows only points for completed blueprint as i know and doesnt count points which you receive from decor itself.

good to know that its actualy more, for just 750k HP, 135k atk a blueprint won't be worth the effort
but if that is actualy 9M HP and 1.3M atk its worth thinking about it
