LOA first recharge missing reward .

Today thinking tycoon diamond points I did a recharge because for months LOA say will give a 6666 diamonds pack for the first recharge bonus. After I did the recharge I collected lunaria and 500 diamonds but no trace of the 6666 diamonds from the dialog box. I did a ticket and receive that answer.

So I did the first recharge but don't receive any pack of 6666 diamonds. LOA lie in the first recharge dialog box. I know I will never get the 6666 diamond pack but I also never recharge again. Is not about money...is about attitude and lies. Why u tell me I get 6666 diamonds if u know I get zero ? NOT FAIR L

Good evening. I think that you have mistaken for a bit what actually that "pack WORTH 6666 diamonds" means.You do not get any diamonds but a pack which content was considered to be worth (the value of the pack was considered to be) 6666 diamonds (see the ss attached with the content of the pack). As this is no bug or glitch or anything alike to be signaled in Bug Reports section of the forum I have moved it in the section it belongs to. Thank you.
