using browser firefox for one and client for other chaar, none can be loged, it stucked on load screen, both bars are full but cant go anywhere from it, what happened?

s66 as well I was in until quiz I entered and was only the quiz arena no characters or time even on re-entry so refreshed and cant get back in

Good morning. Can you please come with some screenshots to evidence the problem you're facing with the login? They have checked and all seems good on their side. Anyway issue reported, waiting for your reply with the requested screenshots and details (IGN, server name and number).
UPDATE: It seems like all servers accessible now, issue resolved and fixed. It would be highly appreciated you coming with a confirmation for that. Also, if there is anything not working properly with events or features in game, please post about this (with ss, for an initial check) so that it can be reported and forwarded. Stuck here trying to log in for almost 2 hours. Refreshed, rebooted etc no luck S 355, I can log into my game on S185 and S354.
