Hello. You can get Lord Skyscream from many places now, among which there are Navigation King (90000 Pirate Gold) and Lucky Tree (70000 Lucky Coin). The cheapest way still seems to remain, during tycoon, in Hot Events >> Tycoon Certificate, for 400000 Tycoon Pts. + 5*Tycoon Certificate.REQUIRED INFO: Don't forget to provide your IGN, server name & number and screenshots for the issues & problems experienced.
