How do I synth 50 Dragon Wings shards?
How do I synth 50 Dragon Wings shards to form Dragon Wings ....I've gone through Forge and Stable Craftwork in Armament but can't find anywhere to synth. Can anyone suggest answer please?

Finally...Its available in Armament, but doesn't show up unless you have a Dragon Wings Print already. I now have to find a Dragon Wings Print...go figure. -
Hello. The prints were available in the Summer Surprise events in HE, which events lasted from 28th to 31st of August but they were waaaaay too overpriced, least to say. It is more affordable to get the Dragon Wings from an event or shop than to try and synth the shards you have (those, I figure, would remain as sort of "filling" for the empty spots you might have in inventory).REQUIRED INFO: Don't forget to provide your IGN, server name & number and screenshots for the issues & problems experienced.
