  • all my diamonds are gone

    Hello today when i logged on i noticed all my diamonds are gone i had like 30k or so . I didnt log in for a while.. why my diamonds are gone?

    The devs do a 'diamond sealing' service when accounts have been offline for extended periods of time. Please send in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support and ask for the diamonds to be returned to you.

        well i got scammed , i send a ticket and no response what so ever . Rip my 30k dias . like who does this? if u dont play u lose all you diamonds , well done !

              A reply was sent to the email address you typed into the Email field of the ticket form on April 13th. As it is over a week since that reply has been sent to you, the ticket is now closed.

              You will need to send in a new ticket. Please be sure to check for the response in your email inbox. If you are not receiving replies from support in your email inbox, please use a different email provider.
