till when this game can play enjoy able.. lag this lag other event.. make a ticket etc... does make ticket will fix the probs? i dought that, does i must do 2 same thing probs in different thing is wasted then..

When I forward that players are posting on the forum about this issue, I'm told to tell the player to send in a ticket.

I know the first response to that ticket is to clear your cache (on the client, it's the trash can icon in the upper right corner of the client window while in game) and some other basic self-help related suggestions. You're suppose to reply to that email and tell them that it does not help, if following their steps does not help. Your goal is to get a response that tells you your information has been forwarded to the devs.
