    Anyone else having with issues with this and Devs can do nothing but say...send a picture? You send a picture and crickets. Not happy.

    Unless your tickets are sent from a different account, then you haven't sent a picture, or a video, or been very descriptive about the issue you're having. Your most recent ticket includes nothing but a useless link to a store page.

    No one knows what the issue you're having is because you refuse to use words to describe the issue. "Can't" is not a descriptive word.

    You are welcome to rant about being unhappy with the situation, but please also include clear answers to the following questions:
    - Are you using the newest version of the R2 Client, or are you using an older version, or are you using a flash enabled browser?
    - How are you accessing the thing you are trying to purchase? From where specifically? Is it through an icon ingame, is it an event pop up, is it directly at purchase.r2games.com?
    - What happens next? Tell me anything you are clicking on, anything that is happening on your screen, anything you are doing during this entire process. Narrate it like you're talking to a blind five year old.
    - When you get to the part where "can't" happens, is there an error message? Is your screen a certain color?

    I might have follow-up questions based on your answers to a few of the above. If you are unable to clearly answer the questions, I will be unable to assist.
