like make poin sistem

1x violates get 3 points penalty

2x violates get 6 points penalty + banned acount 1-2 day

3x violates get 9 points penalty + banned acount 1 weeks

4x violates get 12 points pernalty + 1 mounth banned

5x violates get 15 points penalty + banned enternal

Thank you for this wonderful suggestion. We like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and allow everyone to post their thoughts on this forum.

Depending of the severity of the crime, we will hand the punishment out accordingly.
We try to give everyone an equal opportunity here.

There's been a lot of chaos recently, especially coming with this patch so we understand everyone's frustration.

A few curse word slips, we simply edit the post and send them a PM saying watch the language slips.
If it's someone who loses it and starts cursing people out, we'll delete the post, and issue a 24 hour forum ban.
If we see someone completely losing it and causing a havoc we will protect the rest of the community and issue an immediate permanent IP ban on the spot.

I was looking on forum for some advice in case of insult.
Can i ask what happen if i sent a ticket for support and don't get any response until now.
I think, those players who used such a language like my "aggressor" should be banned for forever...
Or they are different just because of demigod status ??? (
