You give points to the recipient by sending flowers...and you don't get any...only thing you get is intimacy with the recipient. Recipient needs to send flowers in return.

Probably it is a matter of who to choose, so choose wisely and only the one who you know well enough that they sent something back. Or make agreements. Otherwise it is a waste.
