hero upgrade ADD 11 to +

you need to add 11 to 12 in hero upgrade and more at this moment I cant enjoy the event because all my heroes have exceeded the upgrade 11.

maybe the point is to entice you to develop your retired heroes?


I swap heroes a LOT so maybe it is just me who does that? Idk, I upgrade all my heroes retired or not as much as possible, you just never know when one of them is "just right" for a specific build
