How much more dodge is needed to avoid being hit by 3k hit?

the raito on this math is unknown! just pure luck .. but according to most mmorpg the ratio is 3:1... every 3 dodge point for 1 hit point

so 9000 dodge, for a 50% chance of dodging lol but this is according to other mmorpg

I think it's same here at least pvp-wise. Someone on the cn server forum complained they had 16k dodge but they still were getting hit pretty often.
