ok nvm figured out... cross-checked with the other sorcs in cs tourney and found out my base dodge is about 1500 lesser than others... all because I didn't add the passive dodge growth early on

I have a single level 7 purple dragon soul for 825 dodge, six level 7 dodge gems, 235 from gear refinement, and a ring enchanted at +3 for +900/+6%, and the in battle +3% from angel worship
