That doesn't really help lol. I know it's a new class but i am sure there probably more people who know the class more than i do and can tell which skills are better. Anyone played the Chinese server knows?

Why do people feel the need to post these ignorant replies. Obviously I can't tell myself which is better. Since for one I don't have those skills maxed out yet. If no one going provide constructive feedback than don't bother posting. The one thing I can't stand are forum trolls thinking they are hot ****. By posting these ignorant comments.

At lvl 45 ranger PS skill is not much usable - elemental training becomes available on that level, so damage from elemental is still very low. But as levels raise, this skill will be much better - as angel and all heroes in party will deal additional elemental damage. This give better results than just buffing attack of single character (using 1st archer PS).
