Do server merges, it'll be fun meeting potential challengers and because there would be a lot of competitive, active players aiming to be the best, cashing is bound to increase so thats an upside to it for you guys. I understand there is the chance of many bugs, time zone issues etc, but it is still a good idea to consider.
