Staff are so unprofessional... when they stuff up all they do is look for excused and dont fix anythig.

what good is compensating everyone when individuals are effected thats the same as giving nothing.

Also, staff say they are trying to fix problem and are sorry for your losses but other staff wont do anything etc etc - nice try, you just didnt do anything in the first place.
