Think Ranger skill Frozen skill is bugged or a typo on the skill

I have yet to see the skill proc any freeze. If it does do any freeze it's way lower than 28% chance. More like 2% chance or something. So it's either bugged or the skill is a typo. Anyone else see a problem with this skill?


Also is Frozen arrow considered an elemental attack? if not then puncture is probably better to use atm. Since it doesnt free or count as element dmg.

Well 28% doesn't seem like a 28% proc rate to freeze someone for 2 turns. I actually haven't seen it proc at all since I tried it. So how is this intended if it says the proc rate is 28% chance. Even if it isn't that high surely it would have proc sometimes at least right?

I also have never see it kick in so I went back to puncture which does more damage and yes, I also think that even a 28% chance should kick in more than 0. Heck how many gems have we all lost from a synth being blown which is suppose to be only 25% chance of failure.

So mod or someone can you clarify how this is intended if it clearly states it's suppose to freeze for 2 turns at a 28% rate. yet it doesn't freeze at all even at a smaller rate.

Are you stupid? The skill clearly states that it's suppose to freeze for 2 turns at 28%. So it's obviously not intended if it doesn't freeze at all. So quit being a smart ***. okay. The skill is either bugged or it's a typo and not suppose to say it's suppose to freeze if it isn't suppose to freeze.

since you can not read or understand my post. Ill show you a screen shot. Maybe then you can think. Read the description. it says it's suppose to freeze for 2 turns at 28% chance. if the skill is intended not to freeze at all. Then it shouldn't say it can freeze for 2 turns. That's a lie then. Either way something should get fixed since it's either a bug in text or a bug in the skill.

I would love a more clear explanation on this comment from AE86. What was it intended to do? If it is suppose to freeze a target, and we havent noticed it while testing it, does freeze refer to something else then?
