sorry to tell you think but the staff wont help you - they will accuse you of being a liar and then just ignor you. your not the only one thats had stuff go missing from your inventory and you wont be the last. I lost 12000 gold material from my account and staff just act dumb - they wont replace it, they wont replace your either.

all u can do is find out who they are and do something about it the old fashioned way - at least you'll get your name in the paper.
