Why announce it than in the first place if u have no idea how or when and what is gona be implemented, and IF it will be like in the announcment?

that update happened days ago in our server, I have had my victoriana up to level 80 for a while, not related to yesterday one. Though CS is broken now so that may have been it?

I will have to quote this everytime someone asks me why we dont allow to post unreleased info lol......
On a side note GTArcade may post wrong info but we try our best to verify and post it correctly but there still last min changes that happen and we might not be notified.

I think someone else on another thread already mentioned it, but both Youzu and ICANTW (developer and Taiwanese distributor) have Aoede at lvl 70.

Btw, anyone know what the significance of Aoede's name is? Being one of the Muses doesn't exactly match being the angel/goddess of dragons...
