why consume regaining is not in the scope of tycoon event?.. tycoon ends 6/27 while consume regaining starts on 6/28..

Nope, people just check the events before they start for their server... when they go on Oceanic. As the events there are up hours before the other zones.

but even if you know, such a short duration isnt nuff to plan anything. only knowing that an event is starting in few hours isnt gonna do no good
