inherit nyssa vs aoede

Why can't inherit nyssa with aoede? I did 1-click lvl 70 and would ask me to do the upgrade but it didn't happen.... my aoede is already at maximum lvl and won't let me do inherit....
How can I give now to the evolutions of nyssa to aoede? help me please
