Upgrade the Upgrade Hot Event

Since a couple of months we stuck at lvl11 in the event's reward, but many players think now u have to progessively improve this reward.

There are a number of bugs I'd rather them tackle first, but this is a decent idea.


Currently, it's (iirc): +3, +5, +7, +9, +10, +11

Why not: +3, +5, +7, +9, +11, +13, and maybe even higher?
