Need Some Friendly Advice

Hello my friends, I have a dilemma. Right now I have the ability to get either Hectate or Earthshaker. Because Earthshaker is currently anti-meta I was leaning more towards him, but he'd replace my djinni and I'd never have a healer. Here is what my current team looks like and I was hoping someone would be able to give me a bit of advice.

i dnt rlly think that DK is that good, dragon soul makes him quite useless (rage to backrow that makes you kinda kill him off quickly). And in balanced build DK is like any other hero, that dies quickly. Sure if if you buff him up to Main Br, about 220k+ id say he kicks ***, since he has upper hand in stats etc.
I knw i only wanted to DK for that sole reason, but after dragon soul skills and being HoC hero, i dnt rlly want it anymore ._.

DK requires no rage, and is KOB only stronger, Earth Shaker, from what I have seen in Angel Cup, hits the two weakest that you would kill with one blow anyways, so he actually seems useless to me.

earth shaker may be the answer to hectate, but I don't seem to have much trouble with Hectate anymore and that damage??? (130% PATK +360) damage to the enemy’s front row, casts a shield around his body equal to 21% of his HP (lasts 2 turns), and returns 21% of the damage dealt as HP to the Dark Legionnaire. WOW

DK is like any other tank. he's combo of KB and NK. ES, on the other hand, is damage dealer

i would suggest that you replace ** with ES, and keep DJ

actually he requires 100 rage. Don't be fooled into ''requires no rage'', else you will learn that the hard way

Well in cn it's 100 rage hero, but it also free hero. In here we get it via HoC, maybe no rage aswell? xD

if they make it HOC with no rage, then it's hello cashers only worlds. Oh you wanted to kill that casher?he has main, hecate,lancer,egionnaire and shaker. You want to kill his legionnaire?gl while he kills your party with shaker+lancer.

I think ultimately it depends on your game that you are building.... I have my team already set and ES would not compliment it as much as DK would, but that is just my game

Well, I originally wanted Hectate to counter the need for superior healing, and the fact there is someone on my server that competes with me and his hectate makes him unbeatable to me since he got it.

Orignally wanted either hecate to replace DJ or horseman to replace my crappy shadowraith. But with the direction HoC is moving towards, I don't think non-cashers or medium cashers can ever get any HoC heroes. The number of people complaining how they spend $200-$400 and not get Ace/Joker S, I doubt anyone who spend about $100-$200 would get it. And Master of Poker is even worse now.
So... if you want to get a HoC hero, get ES. Hecate teams usually are left with hecate+main, if you have ES+main left, hecate can be easy to kill since most likely ES damage > Hecate heals. Once hecate is down, the hero is screwed. If your ES is still standing, the moment your enemy is below 24% HP (144k HP for 600k HP), then its gone. 144k HP is alotof HP! And I'm just using 600k HP since that's about where the lowest hecate users are at now?

So you all believe in the power of Earthshaker over Hectate. How about if I did Astral Hunter, Nereida, Claw infinite rage with Earthshaker?
