Rebirthing Angels?

If devs won't give us (poor people) a new angel, at least develop some kind of rebirthing for angels so we can use our useless angel tears. Leveling angels isn't a small deal, it's our source of holy xtals, prestige, and octa/all-around talent rewards for tycoon. I haven't figured out yet if this will have a negative impact on gameplay, but you gotta at least throw us some kind of a bone here.

Seems a good idea but it has to be implemented in the china version b4 Lame Arcade can implement it here then for R2 to take it on too.
