The team might be 200k BR, but the main hero of that team may have most of their stats piled on them.

As it has been said many times BR it's not a precise indication of the opponent strenght because it raises faster if you spread resources across heroes but slower when you focus on one hero and/or main so your opponent may as well be focusing on one hero or onehero+main and have an overall stronger team than yours. It's easy to check on the compare window or in the view stat page.
