Twilight Clash City allocation

Hi, My guild has just fought another Twilight Clash and I would like to point out an inherent unfairness in City allocation. On our Server there are only four teams you consistently fight in Twilight Clash. Other guilds pay the fee and get allocated spots in the draw but do not appear to fight, yet and this has happened often when Cities are given out one of these Guilds will get it. Surely it is unfair to Guilds who actually participate in this event at the given time. Yours Sincerely;

what do you mean by "pay the fee."?

he means that they register but nobody actually participates ... and if 2 of those guilds get to fight together one of em will get a "city" .

4 teams that PLAY and others that just register. And I agree it's not fair that sometimes guilds that are a non-show get a city and other guilds who got to fight and lost don't.
