Weak World Bosses

Why even bother explaining this. I get 3 total hits on World Boss after waiting 5 minutes for it to start. Only 25 players show up now on server 44. If you are late by 1 minute, you wont get to hit anything but air.

This is stupid, I do 1 hit and it does over 20% of the boss HP without me even buffing, if I don't re-spawn I don't get a 2nd hit.
