Possibly suspicious user found at Cross Server Mine Mode

So, when I was doing this, I encountered a "suspicious" player who could trap my character and make it stuck for a while. The player that did this is level 55 and well over 500K in power. How is this possible?

Think some of the diamond skins allows stunning opponent for 2-3 seconds. Not sure if thats what you are talking about.

go to cross server war, theres 'skins' option besides 'rankings' and 'shop'
