Stevie.. you have no idea on how much diamonds I am talking about.. If you read the whole conversation, you will know that we are on the same guild... so pretty much I know what I am taking about.

Yes from Gamemaster part its not good if he/she comes to server and says in whole chat who did what. No matter what language they use.
All i understand someone rat on person who didnt wanna lose progress and gave his acc for friend for 2 days. Which isn't in ToS BTW!!.
(Maybe now it is, since it doesnt fall under Cheating!. As you willilngly give your account to other person to use for limited period of time.)
In some topic some time ago, i asked AE86, how they determine who is "piloting" and who is not, they mentioned

* IP ( a joke, as i can make virtual PC and get diff IP i log in with current one, I can use VPN to get some other IP aswell)
* Accusations of someone being "piloting" ( how they determine that? Some one says in World Chat "HEY! I'm piloting" some grabs quick screenshot, reports and how they determine it if its truly a "piloting"? By IP? )

Hell that Piloting being in "ToS" is utter ****, as it dont fall under any of those what is written in there. Sadly its truth. But R2 has to "strongarm" somehow, since they can't rlly be sure who uses account now can they? And they utterly suck at catching those who really cheat/abuse system.

And since i have no idea "how" many diamonds we are talking about, as i really read topic and that guy who got accused of being "hvy casher" mentioned he had 5560+ something diamonds. Made free offers and won group buy 5k diamonds. it seems you and some other guildes didnt believe him. As you mentioned his "hvy casher" by share amount of diamonds, he didnt pay for.

But now ON topic. GM behaved wrong. But we already knew that before that topic. No reason to cause such a fuss about it.

Regarding the banning issue, I do agree that determining who is piloting and who is not is rather complex, but IP is not the only one used, while saying in world chat that you are "piloting" could also result in being banned in some games, e.g World of Tanks. Also note that piloting is prohibited in the TOS under the account sharing rule.

Regarding the diamond thingy, I am pretty much sure about what I am talking about here, his diamond is not only 5560+.... Nhepz, the one who reported him, is doing the same thing with the offers and used the diamonds during the last Crosserver Tycoon earning him a rank within 1-20...... Anyway, the only reason I bring it up is because he keeps on bragging about himself, being a "free player", defeating those who are cashing in, without even taking into consideration the amount of diamonds he has. Ranting over our godly weapons as the reason why we can keep with him is not reasonable, since he can just eliminate the advantage given the amount of diamonds he has.

Piloting is term used here if some other player plays your game for you. Piloting usually is botting. LoA has ingame BOT. hence World of Tanks is poor example. Since i have "piloted" another account there. So to speak.

That was taken from Cheat/Hacking part. Only interesting in "sharing" is Attempt to access any other user's account. Since its under cheating/hacking topic. Sharing doesnt mean you or someone else attempts to access other account. He/she access it with password and user, account owner gave him or her. Attempting to access is more like hacking it, in that matter of light and acknowledging under what topic it is cheating/hacking. As you can see exploiting Reaver bug, is bannable offence. If i recall you used it? While it sayd, collect, instead of "Buy"?

Since you claim you knw what you are talking about, Yet you dont claim to say how many diamonds he exactly had? Banned player himself sayd he hoards. And since it seems Tycoon is main reason he was ratted out. I'll just let you knw that im also a free player. And getting 50k pts or staying in top 1-20 before in Cross Tycoon, wasnt a problem. Saving mails is the key.

Yes when i wrote that long *** text, i was thinking that it falls on how ppl interpret it. For me it #3 is only if i try to access your account without you knowing it. That's for me. That is under "Cheating/hacking", once you know i log into your account, it's not cheating/hacking. That's why i dont think it should be written as it is atm. If they really wanna make it so ppl wont "pilot" their accounts, they should add exact point to it.
So it is clear for everyone. Since for me, someone piloting my account isnt bannable offence, as R2 makes it out to be. I think its normal. But that's my opinion on that matter.

To be fair, they should finally reconsider changing the rules. Multi accounting is worse than sharing. At least in the second option it's not just 1 player controlling everything.
For example, on the rose event... I could go full retard mode and make 20 accounts, do 1 free offer on each and voila 1st place. Can't do that if it was just account sharing.
And as far as sharing goes, it's the owner's own choice whether he wants to share it with someone or not. R2 aren't obligated to fix the acc in any way in the case of a problem after that. In my opinion it would be better like that.

The main issue of this post was to see if a gm was giving out privileged information, and if so, to hopefully have something done about it. So many people commenting on this and have no idea what happened beside the fake picture that was posted on our guild's old facebook page. And yes it was not really a gm saying anyone reported them but just repeating what mugi had said. So far mugi has accused multiple people of reported him with no basis, but mugi did admit on this forum that he reported his "friend". The whole 2 day thing is a lie also. mugi tried to get people to run the account every day to get all events. If you don't want banned don't break the rules. And to the people saying create 20 accounts, that will get them all banned, you are only allowed 2 accounts per server.

And he added "pinoy nga naman" it means most of the filinos are envious, jealous type person, and have a crab mentality. What he meant to say on this part is filipinos are ones who dragging down each other. (What nhepz did to me). the explanation is long coz filipino language has no direct translate but this is the thought.

And then i replied with shocked and suprised "oh kilala mo?" i said on this that: oh you know him?

this is the conversation in SS last sunday, i found out who did that bull to me, who took advantage of me and reported me about account sharing.

and you do not show the conversation before where you said it and then the gm repeated what you said. and even in this thread itself you accused the thread creator so that also shows you are nothing but a liar and attempting to blame everyone but yourself. you cheated, got caught, end of story. How would a gm from another server just happen to know exactly who reported your character on another server? from their end it would be data and not screen names. you made a cheap attempt to frame another player and I hope that screenshot you are using gets that character banned also. You are a very sad and pitiful person.
